In July 2010, TAC announced its Expertise-as-a-Service™ (EaaS™) initiative,

suite of service offerings, products and workshops designed to operate as a virtual
extension of clients’ IT organizations. This service model enables clients
to determine the proper level of support for their enterprises by selecting only
