Stuart Kaplan — Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mr. Kaplan has more than 18 years of experience as a Sales Executive
in the technology industry. Previously, Mr. Kaplan was
a Global Account Manager for Gartner, where he recently focused
on managing large financial services clients, helping them to
leverage technology investments, expand capabilities and process
disciplines, innovate, and save money. Prior to Gartner,
Mr. Kaplan spent eight years in sales and sales management for
CompuCom, a multi-billion dollar systems integrator.

Bob Consaga — Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Consaga is Certified Public Accountant and has more than
20 years experience as a financial expert. He began his
career with a Fortune 100 company and spent several years with
Coopers & Lybrand (Now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) before establishing
his own Accounting, Tax, and Consulting firm in 1991.
Mr.Consaga has advised small to mid size companies in development
of financial controls, corporate financing, and tax strategies.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, the AICPA Taxation Division, and the National Association
of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Peter Schay — Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Schay has more than 25 years of experience as a senior IT
executive in both IT vendor and research industries. He
was most recently VP, Chief Technology Officer of SiteShell
Corp. Previously, at Gartner, he was Group VP, Global
Research Infrastructure & Support. He was also one of
Gartner’s leading analysts, launching their coverage of
client/server computing in the early 1990s.
