The Leadership Council is a unique collection of services that focus on the leadership and career challenges facing executives and top IT leaders.  The Leadership Council provides a secure, confidential place where IT leaders can receive personal coaching by industry executives, interact and network with peers, gain insights on leadership, share best practices, and keep up to date with career trends.

The scope of the IT leader’s responsibilities have continued to dramatically change over the past few years.  The IT management team must be connected in every aspect of the business, be knowledgeable about the company’s operations, and deliver measurable value to the business stakeholders.  IT leaders are under constant pressure to optimize costs and innovate, while driving significant contribution to the business.  They need to provide personal service, decision making support, and relevant, fresh ideas.
